On a cold day of November in Queen Elizabeth Park, after rains had filled the seasonal pond, I watched a duck step up to the edge, and brace itself, and dive. Maybe that is the best attitude for the difficult-but-essential things of life? I learned a good lesson that day. I hope this drawing will help you keep that in mind.
