Outside the Bloedel Conservatory, at the top of Queen Elizabeth Park, many tourists visit around the year. But summer is when it is packed with young families visiting the city. I made this drawing when I saw a tourist running after their child, trying to relax and stay alert at the same time. It was an interesting dichotomy to witness, and deserved to become art.
